Privacy Policy for Visitor and/or Reception

This Privacy Policy for Visitor and/or Reception (“Privacy Policy“) explains how Siam Paragon Development Company Limited (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and/or discloses your personal data in relation to your contact with us and/or our reception.

1) Personal details, such as name, surname, photograph, and information on government-issued cards (e.g., national identification number); and

2) Other information such as the destination of operation, date and time of entry and exit, information from closed circuit television cameras (CCTV), images and voice recorded in the Company's area.

We may disclose your personal data to other companies in Siam Piwat Group, our business partners, service providers, advisors, law enforcement bodies, courts, government authorities and regulators.
