After nearly a year of renovations, Baanice returns with a renewed commitment to delivering an even greater dining experience—enhancing the beloved classic dishes while also introducing specially crafted new menu creations.
What makes Baanice unique is the dedication to preparing every dish fresh to order, without relying on a central kitchen. Every plate is freshly fried, boiled, or stir-fried, using freshly pressed coconut milk and only the freshest seafood—never frozen. Signature dishes such as the crispy pork belly are prepared twice daily: cooked fresh in the morning for lunch, and again in the afternoon for dinner service. This ensures that every guest can enjoy authentic flavors and freshness in every bite.
