Royal Project Gastronomy Festival 2026
18 March - 29 March 2026
At NEXTOPIA, 5-5A Floor & Gourmet Market, G Floor, Siam Paragon
The Royal Project Foundation, together with Siam Paragon, Gourmet Market, and the Thailand Gastronomy Network (Thailand Food Culture Network), brings together premium ingredients and “Super Master” quality products from the highlands. These are products that the Royal Project has continuously supported highland farmers to cultivate and develop with care over a long period of time, until they have become internationally recognized quality produce. They are now presented once again as a special fresh From Farm to Table experience for city consumers at the event “Royal Project Gastronomy Festival 2026 @ Siam Paragon” under the concept “Taste of Longevity: From Farm to Table.”
This concept conveys the philosophy of healthy and sustainable living, allowing consumers to experience the value of food that is good for health from the source to the destination. The event also features healthy menus created from Royal Project ingredients by renowned chefs. The event will be held from 18–29 March 2026 at NEXTOPIA, 5th Floor, Siam Paragon.
This event is supported by Kasikornbank Public Company Limited, Thai Beverage Public Company Limited, and Mae Pranom Thai Chili Paste Co., Ltd., to jointly present the concept of Taste of Longevity: From Farm to Table, which connects food with good health and longevity. This is achieved through high-quality ingredients and products from Thailand’s highlands supported by the Royal Project, starting from environmentally responsible cultivation, natural resource care, and careful selection to ensure rich nutritional value.
These ingredients not only reflect the abundance of forests and mountains, but also the Royal Project’s commitment to improving the quality of life of highland farmers through decades of sustainable agricultural research and development.
Within the event, a wide range of “Super Master” quality products from the highlands is gathered, including vegetables, fruits, processed products, and premium ingredients. These products undergo post-harvest management according to international standards before being delivered directly to consumers in the heart of Bangkok, allowing them to truly experience freshness in a From Farm to Table style.
A highlight not to be missed is the “Royal Project Trout,” a high-quality freshwater fish raised in natural highland water sources with temperatures not exceeding 24°C. The fish has soft white flesh and a well-balanced flavor, and is rich in nutritional value. It is available as both fresh trout and smoked trout.
Another premium ingredient not to be missed is the world-class Thai product “Black Caviar,” sourced from Siberian sturgeon carefully farmed in a circulating water system from Siriphum Waterfall under the cool climate of Doi Inthanon, resulting in high-quality caviar.
The event also features high-quality tea products from the Royal Project, reflecting the charm of healthy beverages and highland tea cultivation wisdom, such as:
Katanyu Longevity Tea, roasted Assam green tea blended with mango and strawberry flavors;
Oolong Tea Set (12 varieties), a premium tea set in ceramic containers suitable for collectors and gifts; White Peony Tea, made from selected young wild tea leaves with a delicate aroma; Compressed Black Tea, carefully fermented for a deep and slightly sweet taste; Special Red Tea Set, made from hand-picked tea buds; Mango Sticky Rice Oolong (ready-to-brew), inspired by Thai dessert aromas; and Wild Chrysanthemum Green Tea from natural plantations.
For coffee lovers, there are high-quality Arabica coffees from Royal Project highland plantations, including: Doi Sam Muen Natura roasted beans (organic) with notes of honey, bergamot, dried fruits, and dark chocolate; Le Tor Montis roasted beans with berry, orange, caramel, and cinnamon notes; Mae Poon Luang Silva roasted beans with floral, honey, and fresh fruit aromas; Doi Sam Muen dark roast with a deep flavor; and Royal Project Arabica coffee capsules from various cultivation sources, offering balanced flavors with notes of vanilla, caramel, chocolate, and citrus.
There is also a wide selection of fresh highland produce, including vegetables such as Japanese pumpkin, Royal Project tomatoes, lettuce, Japanese cucumbers, Chinese cabbage, and cabbage, as well as fruits like cape gooseberry, passion fruit, and fresh plums.
Processed health products are also available, such as vegetable and mushroom crackers in flavors including pumpkin, carrot, shiitake, and purple sweet potato with quinoa, along with other products such as rice varieties, natural mineral water, and Royal Project drinking water. In addition, there are natural fragrance products such as diffusers and potpourri in Tea Tree and Fern scents.
Flower and plant lovers can enjoy a variety of ornamental plants and herbs, including roses, gloriosa, hydrangeas, chrysanthemums, cymbidium, rosemary, basil, and mint.
There are also handicraft products from hill tribe communities, products from the Chaipattana Foundation, Mae Fah Luang Foundation, Doi Kham, and community products from across Thailand, as well as special menus from Gourmet Market at the YOU HUNT WE COOK counter, available at Gourmet Market, G Floor, Siam Paragon.
Another highlight is the Heartfelt Activities, created by the Thailand Gastronomy Network, including Live Cooking demonstrations, Art of Cider Making and Art of Kombucha Making workshops, Forest Bathing in the City, Find Your Own Coffee Persona, Crackers Pairing Party, and Eat Your Design, which combines wellness and personalized nutrition concepts.
Visitors can also enjoy menus created from Royal Project ingredients at well-known restaurants in Siam Paragon, such as Another Hound Café, Bakehaus, Fikka, Henryfry, Hopsy Story, JUMBO Seafood, NICOLO, Shersanctuary Tea Bar, Sri’s Room by Sri Trat, Suki Masa, Taling Pling, and Uncle Boss.
