7. สงวนสิทธิ์การคืนสินค้า หลังจากการรับสิทธิ์ภายในวันที่แลกรับสิทธิ์เรียบร้อยแล้ว หากตรวจสอบพบการคืนสินค้า ทางบริษัทฯ ขอยกเลิกสิทธิ์นั้นโดยอัตโนมัติ​

2. ผู้ได้รับสิทธิ์ ต้องแสดงหลักฐานในการรับริสต์แบนด์ ได้แก่ คูปองตัวจริง และ บัตรประชาชนของผู้รับสิทธิ์
3. ลำดับการเข้างานจะอยู่บนริสต์แบนด์ที่ได้รับ ซึ่งลำดับบนริสด์แบนด์ จะมาจากการจับฉลากเมื่อทำการยืนยันรับสิทธิ์เรียบร้อยแล้ว ขอสงวนสิทธิ์สำหรับผู้ที่นำหลักฐานมาแสดงได้ครบถ้วนก่อน​

4. งาน Press Conference ผู้มีริสต์แบนด์ เข้างานได้ตั้งแต่เวลา 15.00-15.45 น. ณ SCBX Next Stage
5. งาน The First Christmas with DOH KYUNG SOO ผู้มีริสต์แบนด์ให้มาสแตนบายตามลำดับบนริสต์แบนด์ เพื่อเข้างานได้ตั้งแต่เวลา 15.00-17.00 น. ณ พาร์ค พารากอน ประตูเปิดเวลา 17.00 น.​
6. ผู้รับสิทธิ์จะต้องแสดงริสต์แบนด์ และบัตรประชาชน หรือ พาสปอร์ต(กรณีต่างชาติ) เพื่อเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม​
7. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ชื่อผู้แลกรับสิทธิ์ ต้องตรงกับชื่อผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมบนสายริสด์แบนด์ ตามชื่อบนบัตรประชาชนเท่านั้น​
8. หากสายริสด์แบนด์ สูญหาย หรือเสียหายจนตรวจสอบสิทธิ์ไม่ได้ บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกการเข้าร่วมงาน​
9. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ให้ผู้ที่ลงทะเบียนรับสิทธิ์มาร่วมกิจกรรมด้วยตนเองเท่านั้น ไม่สามารถโอนให้ผู้อื่น เปลี่ยนแปลง และ/หรือแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสด และ/หรือของรางวัลอื่นๆ ได้​
10. สามารถนำกล้องถ่ายรูปเข้างานได้​
11. สามารถนำป้ายเชียร์ ผ้าเชียร์ ขนาดไม่เกิน A4 เข้างานได้​
12. ห้ามนำเก้าอี้พับขนาดใดๆ ขาตั้งกล้อง และ ไม้เซลฟี่ เข้างาน​
13. งดการมอบดอกไม้หรือของขวัญแก่ศิลปิน​
14. งดนำอาหาร เข้าบริเวณงาน ยกเว้นน้ำขวดสามารถนำเข้างานได้​
15. บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขโดยไม่แจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า​
16. ในกรณีเกิดข้อพิพาท คำตัดสินของบริษัทฯ ถือเป็นสิ้นสุด​
17. ไม่อนุญาตให้นำอาวุธ หรือสิ่งเทียมอาวุธเข้ามาภายในบริเวณศูนย์การค้าฯ เด็ดขาด​
18. ห้ามทะเลาะวิวาทภายใน หากมีเหตุการณ์วุ่นวายหรือการทะเลาะวิวาทใดๆเกิดขึ้น ผู้จัดงานจะขอทำการเชิญออกจากพื้นที่โดยทันที​
19. กรุณาดูแล และรักษาทรัพย์สินของท่านเอง หากมีการสูญหายทางงานไม่สามารถรับผิดชอบใดๆ​
20. กรุณารักษาความสะอาดของสถานที่โดยรอบบริเวณงาน​
21. ของรางวัลไม่สามารถเปลี่ยน / แลก /ทอนเป็นเงินได้​
22. บริษัทฯ มีสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงระยะเวลากิจกรรม, วิธีการร่วมกิจกรรม, รางวัล และรายละเอียดเงื่อนไข และ/หรือ รายละเอียดอื่นใด โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทราบล่วงหน้า ในกรณีที่มีข้อโต้แย้งใดๆ เกิดขึ้น คำตัดสินของบริษัทฯ ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด​
23. บริษัทฯ มีสิทธิ์ที่จะเปลี่ยนแปลง แก้ไข และ/หรือ ปรับกลไกวิธีของกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้ และ/หรือข้อกำหนด และเงื่อนไขต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวกับของรางวัลตามดุลพินิจของบริษัทฯ โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า


Terms & Conditions:
1. Collect receipts from purchases made at participating stores within Siam Paragon, ensuring the total amount meets the specified requirement. You can accumulate receipts from the same day and redeem your privilege on the day of purchase only (Collect up to 3 receipts/1 redemption). The total amount will be calculated after any discounts are applied. To participate, visit the ONESIAM SuperApp booth located in the SCBX Next Tech Zone on the 4th Floor of Siam Paragon. You will have a chance to win a seated pass, standing pass, or press conference pass. The verification counter will be open from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, or until all privileges have been redeemed.
2. Customers who do not receive the privilege to participate in the event (a seated pass, standing pass, or press conference pass) will receive rewards, including 50 ONESIAM Coins (limited to 20 privileges/day, limited to 100 privileges/promotion), LEGO (limited to 20 privileges/day, limited to 100 privileges/promotion) and Popcorn from Paragon Cineplex (limited to 100 rewards/days, limited to 500 privileges/promotion).
3. Limited to 1 redemption per person per transaction. Prizes are available in limited quantities.
4. Participants can redeem only one privilege.
5. ​The privilege must be redeemed in person. Delegating the redemption to another person is not allowed under any circumstances. The receipt must be from the same day of purchase: otherwise, the privilege will be forfeited.
6. The required documents for prize redemption are the receipt from the participating stores, the participant’s valid ID (original), credit card (original), and credit card sales slip (if payment was made by credit card). If using a handwritten receipt, the customer’s name must be indicated. The company reserves the right to photocopy documents, specifically for stores in the education zone on the 4th floor. Please note that the redemption documents must include the store receipt along with additional details about the program or course.
7.​ Product returns after receiving the privilege on the redemption day will result in the automatic cancellation of the privilege.
8. Exclusion from Participation: Tax invoices/receipts that fall under the following conditions are not eligible; Issued in the name of a company or organization, Tax invoices/receipts that lack receipt numbers, Tax invoices/receipts In electronic formats, Photocopies of receipts, Splitting a single purchase into multiple receipts, Receipts issued before the mall’s opening hours, Combining receipts from different malls, Receipts for purchase from Paragon Department Store, Gourmet Market, Food Court, and Food Hall, Purchases of gift cards or prepaid cards from various stores receipts, Receipt for online purchases of goods and services, Receipts partially or fully paid with credit notes / account credits / payment on credit / store credits, Advance payment for goods receipts, Receipt including payments from product exchange or returns, Booking receipt for goods, Incomplete payments or deposits for any type of product receipts, Purchases for trade / wholesale / commercial resale purposes receipts, Payments for utilities or investments include water bills, electricity bills, mobile phone bills, investment funds, or life insurance, Purchases of mobile phone prepaid cards, Currency exchange transactions.
9. Once a prize is redeemed, it cannot be exchanged or returned.
10. The company reserves the right to distribute prizes to those who meet the specified conditions or until the prizes are exhausted.
11. The company is not responsible for any miscommunication by sales staff at participating stores.
12.​ A receipt used for one redemption cannot be used for another promotional prize.
13. Sales staff purchasing products in their store are not eligible for the promotion.

1. Winners must exchange their wristbands and draw their entry sequence at the registration point, the ONESIAM SuperApp booth in the SCBX Next Tech, 4th Floor, Siam Paragon, between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
2. Winners must present proof to receive their wristband, including the original coupon and valid ID.
3. The entry sequence will be indicated on the wristband assigned by a draw after successful verification of the prize. Only those who provide complete proof of eligibility will be allowed to proceed.
- Sequence 1-100: Wristbands for the Press Conference.
- Sequence 1-200: Wristbands for seated access to The First Christmas with DOH KYUNG SOO.
- Sequence 1-300: Wristbands for standing access to The First Christmas with DOH KYUNG SOO.
4. Press Conference: Wristband holders can enter between 3:00 PM and 3:45 PM at SCBX Next Stage.
5. The First Christmas with DOH KYUNG SOO: Wristband holders should be on standby according to the sequence on their wristband, and can enter between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM at Parc Paragon. The event door doors will open at 5:00 PM.
6. Privilege recipients must present a wristband and either an ID card or a passport (for foreigners) to participate in the event.
7. The name of the privileged recipient must match the name of the participant on the wristband and the ID card.
8. In case the wristband is lost or damaged to the extent that the privilege cannot be verified, the company reserves the right to cancel participation.
9. Participants must register for the privilege and join the event in person. Transferring, altering, and/or exchanging for cash, and/or exchanging for other rewards are strictly prohibited.
10. Cameras for photography are allowed.
11. Cheer signs or A4-sized cheer fabrics are allowed.
12. Bringing foldable chairs, camera tripods, and selfie sticks to the event is prohibited.
13. Gifting flowers or presents to the artist is not allowed.
14. Bring food into the event area, except for bottled water, is prohibited.
15. The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
16. In case of disputes, the company’s decision is final.
17. Weapons or weapon-like items are not allowed within the shopping center area.
18. Internal disputes are strictly prohibited. In case of any disturbances or disagreements, the organizers reserve the right to immediately escort individuals out of the area.
19. Please take care of and safeguard your property. The event organizers are not responsible for any loss.
20. Please maintain the cleanliness of the surrounding area.
21. Rewards cannot be changed, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
22. The company reserves the right to change the duration of the event, the method of participation, prizes, and details of the conditions and other details without prior notice to participants, in the event of any dispute, the company’s decision is final.
23. The company reserves the right to change, modify and adjust this activity and the terms and conditions related to the prizes at any time without prior notice.
