How to Vat Refund for Tourists
1. The store issue P.P.10 form to tourist customers
Remark:
· Total value of receipt in each P.P.10 form must be 2,000 THB or more (after discount price) and the maximum valued must not exceed 200,000 THB (Maximum vat refund amount is 12,000 THB)
· Name of customers on passport, original tax Invoices, and P.P.10 form must be the same name.
· In case of luxury products (e.g. jewelry, gold, watch, sunglasses, pen, mobile phone, smart phone, laptop notebook, bag, belt that worth 10,000 THB or more), must have stamp on the P.P.10 form.
2. Submit documents at Tourist Lounge, Siam Paragon, G Floor to receive vat refund.
Remark:
· Customers must present valid international passport, P.P.10 form, and original tax invoice at Tourist Lounge, Siam Paragon, G Floor (next to SCB Bank)
· Customers must present VISA credit card to guarantee limit in case customers didn’t follow the instructions. VISA credit card must not expire within 6 months.
· Vat refundable items do not include all kind of services and items that are excluded for vat refund.
· Customers must pay service charge for downtown vat refund. The rate is different from vat refund at the airport. (Please refer to the vat refund table on page 7,8)
3. Customers drop the documents in DROPBOX at Suvarnabhumi or Donmuang airport, international departure area.
Remark:
· After customers receive the vat refund, the goods have to be taken out within 14 days from the date of downtown vat refund claim.
· In case of luxury products (e.g. jewelry, gold, watch, sunglasses, pen, mobile phone, smart phone, laptop notebook, bag, belt that worth 10,000 THB or more), claimants have to show P.P.10 form, original tax invoice, and luxury goods to the customs before check-in at Suvarnabhumi or Donmuang airport.
· After clearing immigration, the claimants can drop P.P.10 form with original tax invoices into the dropbox placed in front of “Vat refund for tourist Offices” at Suvarnabhumi or Donmuang airport.
· In case the claimants did not follow the instructions, The Revenue Department will deduct the money in the VISA credit card the same amount of the vat refund claim.

如何退税
1. 向店家索取P.P.10表格。
备注:
· 每张P.P.10表格的总金额需最低为2,000泰铢(折后价),最高不得超过200,000泰铢(最高退税金额为12,000泰铢)。
· P.P.10表格上的姓名需与护照姓名、税务发票原件姓名保持一致。
· 若为奢侈品消费(如价值10,000泰铢及以上的珠宝、黄金、手表、太阳镜、笔、手机、笔记本电脑、包、皮带),P.P.10表格需包含印章。
2. 到暹罗百丽宫G楼游客中心提交文件,办理退税。
备注:
· 顾客需在暹罗百丽宫G楼游客中心(近SCB银行)出示有效国际护照、P.P.10表格及税务发票原件。
· 顾客需出示VISA信用卡担保,且信用卡有效期需在6个月以上。
· 退税办理只适用于可退税物品。
· 顾客需支付市区退税服务费,价格与机场费用不同(详情请参阅退税表格第7、8页)。
3. 将退税文件投递至素万那普机场或廊曼机场国际出发处的投递箱中。
备注:
· 顾客在市区办理退税后,商品需在14天内取走。
· 若为奢侈品消费(如价值10,000泰铢及以上的珠宝、黄金、手表、太阳镜、笔、手机、笔记本电脑、包、皮带),退税人需出示P.P.10表格、税务发票原件及商品,并在素万那普或廊曼机场办理登机手续。
· 在海关检查后,退税人可将税务发票原件及P.P.10表格投递至素万那普机场或廊曼机场“旅游退税处”前的投递箱中。
· 若退税人未遵循退税流程,税务局将从VISA信用卡中扣除对应的退税金额。
