• This campaign is exclusively for international customers and VIZ international members.
• All receipts from Siam Paragon, Siam Center, Siam Discovery and ICONSIAM can be accumulated, except receipts from Paragon Department Store, Gourmet Market, and Gourmet Food Hall and receipts from Taka Mache’ and Dear Tummy at ICONSIAM.
• To collect VIZ point and record your purchased, please present your receipts at VIZ Counters on M floor of Siam Paragon, 1st floor of Siam Center, G floor of Siam Discovery and Tourist Lounge, 1st floor (ICONLUXE) and Information Counter on G, M and 1st floor of ICONSIAM.
• Receipts must be presented at VIZ Counters at Siam Paragon, Siam Center and Siam Discovery and Tourist Lounge and Information Counter at ICONSIAM to collect VIZ point and record your purchased on the date of purchase.
• Top Spender Campaign period is 1 August 2022 – 30 September 2022. All spending can be accumulated during the campaign period only.
• The company reserves the right to give round-trip air tickets Bangkok-Samui only for 1 prize per 2 air tickets.
• Air tickets can be used during 1 November 2022 – 31 January 2023. Blackout period during 28 December 2022 – 4 January 2023.
• Final judgement will be officially announced on 15 October 2022.
• 3 top spenders will be contacted back from the team to make an appointment to sign the document. If any lucky top spenders cannot receive the prize or unable to receive the prize within 15 days after the announcement. The company reserves the permission to allocate the prize to the next reserved list.
• The winners allow the company to use their names or information in the advertising media, public relations or other marketing activities
• The winners are responsible for the ticketing fee including fuel tax and airport taxes.
• The winners must travel within the specified period and comply with the conditions of the prize and Bangkok Airways.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other rewards. However, it can be transferred to others under the lucky winners’ decision. If the team finds that there has been a wrongful act. or illegal, the company can reclaim the prize in any case.
• Siam Paragon, Siam Center, Siam Discovery and ICONSIAM are not involved in determining the value of the prizes.
• The company reserves the right to change terms and conditions, terms or prizes without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of the company shall be final.
