ประกาศ Kidzania Bangkok ปิดให้บริการตั้งแต่วันที่ 6 พฤษภาคม 2564

สยามพารากอน ขอประกาศให้ทราบว่า Kidzania Bangkok ได้ปิดให้บริการที่ศูนย์การค้าสยามพารากอน ตั้งแต่วันที่ 6 พฤษภาคม 2564 ทั้งนี้ เพื่อดูแลลูกค้าผู้มีอุปการคุณของเรา ศูนย์การค้าสยามพารากอนได้พยายามอย่างต่อเนื่องในการติดต่อเจ้าของกิจการและผู้บริหาร Kidzania Bangkok เพื่อสอบถามว่าจะมีการติดต่อลูกค้า และดำเนินการคืนเงิน ค่าบัตรให้แก่ผู้ถือบัตรใช้บริการ Kidzania Bangkok หรือไม่ อย่างไร แต่จนถึง ณ วันออกประกาศนี้ ทางศูนย์การค้าสยามพารากอนยังไม่ได้รับการตอบกลับจาก Kidzania Bangkok แต่อย่างใด

ทั้งนี้ ศูนย์การค้าสยามพารากอนรู้สึกเสียใจในความไม่สะดวกที่เกิดขึ้นกับลูกค้าหรือผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องจากกรณีของ Kidzania Bangkok ในครั้งนี้ หากมีท่านใดที่คิดว่าได้รับความเสียหายหรือต้องการร้องเรียนสามารถยื่นข้อร้องเรียนของท่านต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคได้ที่ ศูนย์รับเรื่องราวร้องทุกข์ทางโทรศัพท์ สายด่วนหมายเลข 1166 หรือแจ้งผ่านออนไลน์ได้ที่ www.ocpb.go.th

หากลูกค้าต้องการสอบถามข้อมูลเพิ่มเติม สามารถติดต่อสำนักงานของศูนย์การค้าสยามพารากอนได้ อย่างไรก็ตาม ศูนย์การค้าสยามพารากอน ไม่ได้เป็นผู้ถือหุ้นใน Kidzania Bangkok อีกทั้งยังไม่สามารถติดต่อผู้ถือหุ้นของ Kidzania Bangkok ได้ แต่ศูนย์การค้าสยามพารากอนพร้อมที่จะช่วยประสานงานเท่าที่ทำได้

Siam Paragon would like to inform the public that Kidzania Bangkok has closed in Siam Paragon Shopping Centre as of 6 May 2021. Siam Paragon, as a courtesy to its valued customers, has repeatedly attempted to contact the owners and management of Kidzania Bangkok to ask them whether they will be contacting their members or making refunds to ticket holders, but we have not received any response as of the date of this notice.

Siam Paragon regrets any inconvenience caused to customers and other related parties by the actions of Kidzania Bangkok. In the event that you believe you have suffered any losses or wish to file a complaint on your own, you may contact the Office of the Consumer Protection Board, Consumer Complaints Centre Hotline 1166 or through their website at www.ocpd.go.th.

Should you have further questions, you may also contact our office. While we are not a shareholder of Kidzania Bangkok and have no ability to contact the shareholders of record, to the extent we are reasonably able to we will address inquiries to the best of our ability.
